These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kuwait DMA website (staging.dmakuwait.com) and the purchase of any products, including DMA hardware, cards, firmware, and related items (collectively, the “Products”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our Products.

1. About Us

Kuwait DMA is a specialized retailer of DMA hardware, firmware, and related technical products, based in Kuwait. You can reach us at support@staging.dmakuwait.com.

2. Products & Firmware

Our Products include specialized hardware and firmware intended for advanced and technical use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of any Product complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party platform or software you use it with. Products are sold for lawful purposes only.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown at checkout and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our Products, hardware parts and firmware are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. This includes, without limitation, DMA cards, hardware components, and any firmware or digital licenses. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Warranty & Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except where required by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Products, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Firmware and software are provided without warranty of any kind.

7. Acceptable Use & Buyer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use our Products, and you agree not to use any Product for unlawful purposes. Kuwait DMA is not responsible for any consequences arising from misuse of the Products or from any violation of third-party terms, platform rules, or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuwait DMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or accounts, arising out of or related to your use of our Products or website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.
